The mattresses are so good, they sell themselves! And that's why the salesman Joe T. Was awesome. He didn't pressure, bother, or hassle us while we were in the store to make a sale. And that's how I like to shop.
So we were able to take our time, try each one, and pick out a mattress that was more comfortable than any other ones we had tried out at other furniture stores.
We're very happy with our mattress purchases. Should have come here first.

I have to admit I never heard of this company until I read reviews on Facebook along with several recommendations. We went to the Agawam store and tried the variety of mattress’s they had. The salesman Bob was very knowledgeable about the product and answered any questions we had. We purchased that day and was delivered a few days later. The delivery went seamlessly. We have had it now for three days and not disappointed. The mattress is very well made and very comfortable. I like the warranty of being able to change the comfort to suit your needs using the same mattress purchased. I will be recommending to anyone looking for a new mattress. Good price, no pressure.

Excellent service from Joe and Bob. I needed a mattress right away to replace a damaged one for my father-in-law. I called and they were very accommodating. They had exactly what I needed in stock and had it waiting for me when I got there. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new mattress.

My fiancé and I ordered a mattress for our rig and I accidentally ordered the wrong one, Nick in the help center was extremely helpful kept me updated along the journey of our mattress being made. He went above and beyond and has been extremely awesome through the whole process.. We will definitely be ordering one for the house after testing our truck mattress.

Bob at the Agawam store is very knowledgeable about their mattresses, I took my time looking and laying on the selection of mattresses. They are great quality. It was hard to make up my mind which one to purchase. They custom make the mattress when you order it. It's not sitting around some warehouse for months. I have looked at alot of others and will be ordering my new mattress from them. I will update when and after I receive it.
