Delivery, Shipping, and Removal Policies
Using our own truck and delivery team, we offer free delivery and setup for any order including a mattress within a 20-mile radius of one of our stores. We deliver up to 60 miles away from any of our stores, with a small delivery fee once the 20-mile mark is exceeded.

CORE DELIVERY ZONE: WITHIN 20 MILES
Using our own truck and delivery team, we offer free delivery and setup for any order including a mattress or adjustable base within a 20-mile radius of any one of our stores.
Example: If you live in Brattleboro, VT, or Enfield, CT, we’ll proudly offer free delivery no matter if you order online or from any of our stores.
As your mattress nears completion, our delivery manager will give you a call to discuss a delivery day that works for you. We also offer a “call ahead” option if you’d like a reminder when the truck is en route to your home.
Note: There is a $79.95 delivery charge in this area of your order does not include a mattress or adjustable base.

EXTENDED DELIVERY ZONE: 20-60 MILES
We offer a flat-rate fee of $99 to our customers who purchase any mattress or adjustable base from a 20-60 mile radius from any of our four store locations.
You can purchase in-store, online or over the phone. The process is the same, that once your order is manufactured and ready for delivery, a delivery manager will contact you to schedule a delivery time that works for you.

SATELLITE DELIVERY ZONE: 60+ MILES
For customers who live 60+ miles away from our stores, we offer delivery on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our delivery manager or contact us and we will be able to provide a quote.
Shipping

YANKEE MATTRESS SHIPPED TO YOU.
For customers that may want us to ship our mattresses outside of our normal delivery zone. We can ship most of our mattress models but not all.
Shippable mattresses are as follows:
1. Silvers – Manchester, Conway, Florence, Westfield
2. Golds – Revere, Chatham, Newport, Westerly
3. Blacks – Brunswick, York
Mattresses that we cannot ship: Rockland, Fairhaven, Nantucket
We will charge a flat fee for all shipping and handling costs of $100 for anywhere in the continental US.
If you would like to have a mattress shipped, please contact a delivery manager to coordinate and set the right expectations around delivery time or simply contact us.
Removal
$20 Mattress/Box Spring Removal
OUT WITH THE OLD
Have an old mattress or box spring that you want to get rid of? Yankee Mattress will remove and recycle them for $20 per piece at the time of delivery for your new mattress or box spring.
Our team will remove your mattress and/or box spring at the time of delivery.
