Location: Greenfield, MA, Northampton, MA, Agawam, MA

The Opportunity: Yankee Mattress seeks a Sales Associate to champion our values of craftsmanship, dedication, and community, turning every store interaction into a meaningful connection. This role offers a unique platform to elevate our brand and your personal growth by engaging customers and building partnerships, all while contributing to our mission of enhancing lives through better sleep.

This is an immediate opening for a part-time position that is covering paternity leave. Flexible days and schedule. You’ll be working throughout the Greenfield, Northampton and Agawam showrooms. Weekends as needed. Pay is hourly-based plus commission on all sales.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in retail management or sales

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and building long-lasting relationships

  • An eagerness to learn about sleep health and mattress technology

  • Alignment with our core values of quality, integrity, and employee ownership

  • Must provide two references upon completion of the interview process

  • Must pass a background check and drug test (excluding marijuana) as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for our employees and customers
